Collection: Sunday Farmer's Market!

The Lazy Breeze Farm Farmer’s Market will be held every Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM from May the 7^th until October the 29^th.

We have worked hard over the last three years to create a festive environment here on the farm. Our goals have been to welcome visitors with a family environment that allows them to have a small taste of our farm life. We have a playground, 2 Alpacas, 3 goats and 2 pot bellied pigs that are truly pets and greet our visitors. Generally, there are a few calves around during the summer months. Visitors can tour our historic barn, originally built in 1878. We have an on-site catering trailer affectionately nicknamed the “Burger Buggy”. The Burger Buggy uses as much local product as seasonally possible in all its menu. Essentially what we’ve done is to provide “something to do” for people looking to visit farms or engage in Ag Tourism.

We’ve turned the newer milk parlor into a farm store featuring our beef ‘as well as pork and lamb from other local farms. We’ve added a 60 x 25 covered deck with seating for our visitors.

We have and do participate in other farmers’ markets and fully recognize that relationships built at these events are paramount to success. Vendors interested in selling here that are active participants in its success will not be charged any fees. We have a large grass area and parking area for setting up your own tables and tents. Staple vendors who regularly participate in our market will be permitted to leave their goods for sale in the Lazy Breeze Farm store. Generally, we are open to the public Wednesday through Sunday 11 to 7 starting Memorial Day. With the remodeled milk parlor and covered porch, we will be able to be open for the market rain or shine.

We view this as a cooperative effort and need as many vendors as possible to keep the new market viable. Lazy Breeze Farm is paying for all advertising to make this market a success. We have enormous support from the locals and already fill the parking lot regularly.
